Beschreibung

Anwendungen in der Prozess- und Transportautomation vereinen die Übertragung von Daten, Voice und Video übers Netzwerk und erfordern folglich hohe Leistung und hohe Zuverlässigkeit.

Die Full-Gigabit-Backbone-Switches der Serie IKS-G6824A sind mit 24 Gigabit-Ethernet-Ports ausgestattet. Sie unterstützen Layer-3-Routing, was die netzwerkübergreifende Implementierung von Anwendungen erleichtert, und eignen sich daher ideal für große industrielle Netzwerke. Die Full-Gigabit-Fähigkeit der Serie IKS-G6824A steigert die Bandbreite und damit die Gesamtleistung des Netzwerks. So lassen sich auch sehr große Mengen an Daten sowie Video- und Sprachsignale schnell und effizient über ein Netzwerk transportieren.

Die Switches unterstützen die Redundanzprotokolle Turbo Ring™, Turbo Chain™ und RSTP/STP, arbeiten lüfterlos und verfügen über eine galvanisch getrennte, redundante Stromversorgung. Diese Leistungsmerkmale erhöhen die Systemzuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit Ihres Netzwerk-Backbones.
