We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to the PT-G510 Series.
We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to the PT-G510 Series. These changes will be implemented by running change from August 2026. Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
Changes will be made to the PT-G510 Series because of several reasons. The scope of the changes is as below.
- Remove PMIC (Power Management IC) and replace with a new solution because of PMIC EOL
- Change flash from Micron to MXIC
- Change power input wordings on the product?s bottom cover from 110/220 VAC/VDC, 24/48 VDC to 110-220 VAC/VDC, 24-48 VDC to comply with UL report wordings
- Change to a new generation oscillator to optimize power design
- Optimize EMI design by adding mylar, absorbers, and no-painting areas
- FPGA upgrade to V3.0 to comply with Micron and MXIC flash
- Firmware upgrade to V6.6 to comply with Micron and MXIC flash
- All certifications will be updated accordingly to include new changes

=>The new version can be used as the same manner as the current version.
When will the new versions be available?
We will continue supplying the current PT-G510 V1.0.0 Series and perform a running change from August 2026 to phase in the PT-G510 V1.1.0 Series. Because of current supply conditions, we will be fulfilling PT-G510 V1.0.0 orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are any gaps, orders will be fulfilled once the new product becomes available. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
