I. Summary

MultiTech is announcing a change to the packaging of our xDot® Essential and Advanced long-range, LoRaWAN® modules. Specifically, we are increasing the number of modules supplied in our tape and reel packaging.

BENEFITS

To better align with industry standards, improve logistics efficiency, and respond to customer feedback, we are increasing the standard quantity per reel from 250 to 400 units.

V. Key Dates

Near-End-of-Life (NEOL) Date: May 7, 2025

Last Time Buy (LTB) Date for Tape and Reel of 250 pieces: MultiTech will continue to accept purchase orders for the tape and reel packaging option of 250 pieces while inventory supplies last.

Last Ship Date/End-of-Life (EOL) Date: After remaining inventory and backlog has shipped.
