Product Change Notification - PCN 001098

We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to all the AWK Series and the OnCell G4302-LTE4-AU Series.
These changes will be implemented by March 31, 2025.
Please review the details below to determine how these changes will affect your products and/or operations.
What will change?
Changes will be made to the series listed in the following two tables to reflect the changes in the ANATEL certificate. Only the AWK-1131A Series and AWK-4131A Series will remain ANATEL certified with the new local representative. The other series will not comply with ANATEL since the current local representative will no longer exist from April 1, 2025, whether a current or new version.
The new versions will include the following changes:
- For the AWK-1131A Series and AWK-4131A Series, the ANATEL logo will be updated with a new certification number, and corresponding safety instructions in the QIG will be updated accordingly.
- The ANATEL logo and safety instructions will be removed for the other series.
